Yogurt-like Snack

If you like yogurt, try this as a snack:

1 C low fat cottage cheese
1/4 tsp sugar free Jello-O (any flavor)
1/4-1/2 tsp Splena (or 1-2 packets)
2 TBSP low fat cool whip

Blend in mixer until creamy.
