I'm sorry that it has been a few days since I have posted. I have been working on a book of menus! I am nearing completion of the book, but I need your help. While I have tested some of the recipes, there are others which I have not had the time to try out. On paper they work, but whether they taste good or not is another question. Those who help me by cooking at least 2 recipes will receive a free download of my material before it goes to press.
